A funny recipe that you can adapt according to the taste of your gourmands by varying the type of sweets and perfumes of yoghurt.


For 5 people

  • 4 yogurt with red berries
  • 5 cl of whole milk
  • 100 g Tagada strawberries
  • (Eskimo molds)


Pour the contents of the yogurts in a bowl and add the milk. Mix with a spoon until the mixture is homogeneous. Pour this mixture into the eskimo molds (use a spoon) to a height of 1 cm. Deposit 2 Tagada strawberries.

Pour a new layer of mixture on 1 cm and drop 2 strawberries.

Renew the operation until the molds are completely filled.

Place the lid on the molds and place them in the freezer for several hours.

To unmold, pass the mussels a few seconds under a trickle of warm water.
